Housing and Growth Manager – East Anglia
Salary: £42,119 to £45,250 per annum, depending on qualifications. (Maximum job rate potential is £48,844 which is performance related).
Hours: 37 hours per week

About you
The successful applicant will contribute towards supporting the development of our Leaving Care project - Staying Close, Staying Connected. The successful candidate will support the service leadership to deliver an effective and efficient service which improves the outcomes for young people leaving care across East Anglia.

You will be able to demonstrate commitment, flexibility and imagination, have experience of working in an emotionally intelligent way, be resilient and have the maturity to offer a balanced perspective. Qualifications
Candidates must have an IOSH qualification, a NEBOSH qualification would be desirable.

The first interview will be a Safe Care/ Warner style interview. If successful after the first interview, candidates will then be expected to attend a formal interview.
